By engaging H2 Technology & Financial Solutions, LLC for technology consulting, financial planning, business process automation, or any related services, you agree to these terms. H2 Technology & Financial Solutions, LLC agrees to deliver the services described in the accepted proposal or engagement letter. The client agrees to provide timely access to the systems, records, and information necessary to perform the work.
Technology and financial projects often involve discovery, planning, and iteration. While H2 Technology & Financial Solutions, LLC will provide estimated timelines for each engagement, the client acknowledges that delivery dates depend on the complexity of the work and timely client input. H2 Technology & Financial Solutions, LLC is not liable for delays caused by client inaction, third-party vendors, or platform outages.
All fees must be paid to H2 Technology & Financial Solutions, LLC according to the agreed invoice schedule. Fees do not include third-party costs (such as software licenses, cloud hosting, or vendor services), which are the client's responsibility unless explicitly bundled in the proposal. Late or missed payments may result in a temporary suspension of services until the balance is resolved.
Either party may terminate an engagement with written notice in accordance with the terms of the signed proposal or engagement letter. Upon termination, H2 Technology & Financial Solutions, LLC will hand over completed deliverables and transfer any administrative access tied to the client's own accounts. H2 Technology & Financial Solutions, LLC reserves the right to withhold deliverables and access while any outstanding balance remains unpaid.
